Robotics Engineering: The Space Mission (Ages 7+)

For young engineers, makers and problem-solvers aged 7+

Does your child love building things, figuring out how things work, or finding their own way to solve a problem?

This hands-on robotics camp is designed for curious kids with an eye for engineering, robotics and problem-solving.

Students are given a real challenge to solve. They’ll need to think through the problem, develop an idea, then design, build, power and program their own robot to complete the task.

Along the way, students develop:

• Engineering thinking - understanding how mechanisms, structures and systems work
• Problem-solving - testing ideas, identifying what isn't working and finding another way
• Design skills - turning an idea into something that actually works
• Robotics & programming - bringing their creation to life through motors, sensors and code
• Persistence - learning that the first solution isn't always the best one

No previous robotics experience is required. What matters most is curiosity, a willingness to build and experiment, and an interest in figuring out how things work.

A different challenge every day

Each day features a fresh engineering and robotics challenge, so students can attend for one day or multiple days and continue building new skills.

Camp hours: 9:00am–3:00pm
Drop-off: 8:45am–9:00am
Pick-up: 3:00pm–3:30pm

Places are limited.
Maximum 1:10 educator-to-student ratio.
